M-Files September 2020 release

M-Files Online September '20 Update (20.9.9430.4)

Rollout via automatic updates begins on September 20th.

New Compliance Kit version (compatible with Multi-Server Mode)

  • We are releasing a new version of the Compliance Kit module, to ensure compatibility with Multi-Server Mode.
  • The new version of Compliance Kit is recommended for all customers, whether their server is in Multi-Server Mode or not.
  • Instructions on how to upgrade the Compliance Kit module can be found here.

gRPC for on-premises

  • We are enabling gRPC also for customers who have M-Files running on-premises.
  • Configuration can be done in M-Files Admin, and instructions can be found here.

M-Files Mobile September '20 Update (x.x.x)

Rollout via automatic updates begins on September 20th.

Mobile Iron and Blackberry Dynamics

  • It is now possible to deliver the M-Files Mobile application to users via Mobile Iron or Blackberry Dynamics MDM (Mobile Device Management).
