M-Files will no longer support iOS 10

Beginning with the M-Files Mobile June 2021 release, M-Files will no longer support use of the M-Files Mobile App in iOS 10.

Customers currently running M-Files Mobile on Apple devices running iOS 10 or earlier will need to upgrade iOS to continue receiving M-Files app updates.

Why?

Currently Apple supports only iOS 12 and newer. Older versions of iOS are no longer receiving security updates.

Does this affect me?

If you are currently using M-Files Mobile on Apple devices running iOS 10 or earlier, this does affect you.

What actions do I need to take?

Upgrade your device to iOS version 12 or later.

The latest version of M-Files for iOS can be downloaded from the App Store.

What if I cannot update from iOS 10?

M-Files will not disable your M-Files application or prevent it from working, but it is strongly advised that you always use the latest version, as technical support will not be available for applications running on iOS10.
